Windoes restart again and again Empty Windoes restart again and again

In windows gone retart again and again so need to trubeshooting.
Frist of all plz check what new software and windows pachs should not installed.
plz check power cable.
Read Event error from BODC.
try to change SMPC and check now,....Same issue..?
Now plz check again
